Pumpkin Pie Spice

1/4 cup cinnamon
1 tablespoon ground ginger
2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cloves
Mix well. Makes a scant 1/2 cup. Add 1 tb per pie to pumpkin pie filling. Stir 1 tb into 2 cups applesauce. Stir 1 ts into 2 cups softened vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
